Jang Ru I, known mononymously as Rui, is a South Korean singer, dancer, actor and former member of SEVEN O'CLOCK (세븐어클락). He attended Seoul Comprehensive Arts and Practical School but is on an indefinite leave-of-absence as he moved constantly due to his father's work, living in Hong Kong, Macau and China.

He made his debut in 2019 when he joined the group (they debuted in 2017) as the rapper and maknae with their 3rd mini album, "White Night". However, the group officially disbanded in March 2021.

He made his acting debut in 2021 with a role in "Sisyphus: The Myth" (시지프스: the myth).
