Park Seung Hyun is a South Korean singer, dancer, actor and former member of SEVEN O'CLOCK (세븐어클락). He graduated from Gyeonggi Mobile Science High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree from Global Cyber University.

He made his debut in 2017 (under the stage name Hyun) as the group's vocalist with their 1st EP, "Butterfly Effect." In late 2019, he went on hiatus due to health issues, and from that point until the group disbanded in March 2021, he never reintegrated into the group's activities. He signed a contract with BK Planet (비케이플래닛) in 2022 as an actor.
