Jeong Seung Hwan, later legally changed to Jeong Ho Dam and currently known professionally as Dam, is a South Korean singer, dancer, former member of I-REX (아이렉스) and BLACK6IX (블랙식스), and current member of AWIN (에이윈; formerly known as TRY (트라이)). Overall, he has spent 12 years as a trainee.

He made his debut in October 2013 (using the stage name Hwan) as I-REX's rapper, vocalist and maknae with their first single, "Rush To The Top". The group was managed by Tarzan Entertainment (타잔 엔터테인먼트) but were not successful. The agency also began facing financial problems, and the group quietly disbanded in early 2014.

After switching agencies, he re-debuted in April 2017 (now using the stage name Tae Young) as BLACK6IX's leader, main vocalist and dancer with their first single, "Please". They were managed by Black Hole Entertainment (블랙홀 엔터테인먼트) and, despite releasing 2 more digital singles and one mini-album and having concerts in several countries, they were never able to establish a solid domestic fanbase. In April 2021, Black Hole announced the end of their contracts and, by mutual agreement, the group's disbandment.

He then decided to become a producer and switched his stage name to Dam. However, he found one more chance to participate in a new boy group by joining J-Star Entertainment (제이스타 엔터테인먼트). In December 2023, he was announced as a new member of the group, then called TRY. They began their promotional activities in Japan in January 2024 but were not able to debut in South Korea as the agency kept delaying it. The group was re-branded as AWIN in January 2025.

He finally re-debuted in February 2025 as AWIN's vocalist with their first digital single, "Hashtag(#Cheese)".
