Winnie Chien is a Taiwanese actress, model, and performer. She graduated from the Department of Commercial Design at Ming Chuan University and worked as a flight attendant for China Airlines for one year.

Her father, Chien Yi Fei, was the head coach of the Yulon basketball team, and her younger brother, Chien Wei Cheng, is the general manager of the T1 League’s Tainan Taigang Flyers. In 2004, she married basketball player Chiu Tsung Chih, with whom she has two sons.
