Liang You Lin is a Taiwanese actress and host, formerly known as Liang Shu Hui. She graduated from Delin Institute of Technology. She began her career by appearing in commercials and music videos.

In 2002, Liang made her official debut in the movie "Blue Gate Crossing" ( 蓝色大门 ), and in the same year, she starred in her first TV series "Sweet Lemon" ( 甜柠檬之恋 ) .

In 2006, Liang authored a beauty makeup book titled "The National Beauty and the Master: Liang Youlin's Love for Beauty."

In the summer of 2013, she married Chinese actor and director Zhao Jin Tao. They have two daughters, born in 2014 and 2016.
