An Myung Cheol, known professionally as Seung Hoo, is a South Korean singer, dancer, and former member of N.TIC (엔티크). He graduated from Maseok High School. Before debuting, he was a competitive swimmer and even registered with the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee to maybe look for a spot on the national team.

In January 2016, he joined Yechan Media (예찬미디어) and the agency's newly formed group called J-PEACE. They promoted at festivals and special events in South Korea, China and Japan. However, several lineup changes and delayed debut dates kept frustrating the members. In September 2017, the group's name was changed to NEW-ACE, and it was changed again in December of that year.

He finally made his debut in February 2018 as N.TIC's lead vocalist and lead dancer with their first single, "Once Again". They had a modest fanbase and some success, so they were able to go on a European tour in July 2019. But, members began enlisting in the military by November of that year and N.TIC went on an indefinite hiatus.

In November 2021, he announced his departure from the group.

In October 2023, he signed with Hashtag ENM (해시태그이엔엠; formerly known as Leggo ENM) to become a broadcasting jockey (BJ). It is unclear if he remains with the company.
