Miao Chi is a Chinese actor, born in Xi'an, Shaanxi, China. He graduated from the Central Academy of Drama with a Bachelor's Degree in Guiding and Mixing in 2002. He is an actor in Beijing People's Art Theater.
In 2003, Miao Chi, who was still a sophomore in the Chinese opera, starred in his first TV series "Embrace the Sunshine". In 2006, he starred in the Lily Award-winning movie "Hops" and in 2011 he starred in the TV movie "Eight Jelly Beans", with which he won the Best Actor Award at the 19th Beijing University Student Film Festival.
