Keum Dong Hyun is a South Korean singer, dancer, and former member of EPEX (이펙스). He graduated from Hanlim Entertainment Arts High School, and before debuting, he spent almost 2 years as a trainee.

He made his first appearance as a C9 trainee on the survival show "Produce X 101" in 2019. He made his acting debut in the drama "Best Mistake Season 2" in 2020.

He made his debut in June 2021 as the group's rapper, main dancer and center with their first EP, "Bipolar Part 1: Prelude of Anxiety".

In April 2022, they were involved in controversy when the lyrics of their single, "Anthem of Teen Spirit", allegedly made reference to Nazi-inspired imagery. C9 Entertainment (C9 엔터테인먼트) released a statement explaining the song's meaning and concept, but, facing heavy criticism, decided to change the lyrics and the MV to avoid further problems.
The group has often released new material but has not gained much popularity domestically or abroad.

In May 2025, he went on hiatus due to personal reasons and never returned to the lineup. In November 2025, the agency released a statement announcing the end of his contract and his departure from the group.

Following his departure, he joined Management Run, where he plans on focusing on acting.
