Shin Yoo Mi is a singer and songwriter. Prior to her appearance on TV, Yoomi worked as a vocal trainer for many idols and trainees. One of her more famous pupils is Lee Hi under YG Entertainment.

In 2013, Yoomi decided didn't want to just teach behind the scenes, and she auditioned for the second season of the show The Voice of Korea. All of the judges voted for her and fought to have her on their team as they said her vocal ability was astounding. This appearance led to some fame, but not as much as she may have hoped, as she did not win the show in the end.

However, she continued to teach others while working on her own career. She then was a trainer/mentor for Produce 101 Season 2, and this gained her a lot of attention. Not only was she noted for being kind and understanding to the trainees, but she was noted for her beauty. After the show, in 2017, she released a single titled "Could You Love Me?".
