Moon Shin Ae, known professionally as Lara, is a South Korean singer, dancer and member of DREAMNOTE (드림노트). She graduated from Korea Arts High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Theater from Dongguk University.

She made her debut in November 2018 as the group's main vocalist with their first single album, "Dreamlike". They are managed by iMe Korea (아이디어뮤직엔터테인먼트코리아). The group has had moderate success as they take prolonged hiatus before releasing new music but have a loyal fanbase.

In October 2024, they made their debut in Japan with the single album "Joyful Green".
