Nam Dong Hyun is a South Korean singer, musician and former member of SOUTH CLUB (사우스클럽). He attended Hanlim Entertainment Arts High School but dropped out to pursue his career as a singer. He is the younger brother of former WINNER member Nam Tae Hyun.

Before debuting, he auditioned several times for SM Entertainment but failed. So, in 2017, he released a single album titled "Blue Purple", with a label owned by his older brother.

In early 2018, he joined his brother's band, SOUTH CLUB, as the bassist. He spent around a year with the band, but in August 2019, it was re-organized with new members, and he decided to leave.

In July 2020, he signed a contract with Management Good People (매니지먼트 굿피플과), changed his stage name to Boyhood and released the single "Retro Love".

In January 2023, he began using his real name again.
