Na Han Il is a South Korean actor. He graduated from Seorabeol High School and later obtained a bachelor´s degree in Theater and Film from Chung-Ang University.
In 1978, his senior in the military submitted his application without consulting him and he was selected as part of the 12th open recruitment at CBS, but due to the media consolidation in 1980, it was re-classified as part of the 15th KBS Voice Actors Association open recruitment. However, he had no opportunities as broadcasters did not like his voice. So, he decided to apply for the KBS special talent open recruitment in 1982 and managed to get selected and three years later he got picked again now as part of MBC special talent open recruitment.
He practiced martial arts since he was a child and got the chance to show his talents in 1988 when he got the main role in the drama "훠어이 훠어이" and he was one of the most popular actors in South Korea at the time.

In 2009, he was arrested and later sentenced to 2 years, 6 months in prison for taking an illegal loan, he served his prison sentence in Uijeongbu Prison. After being released, he was arrested again in 2015 with his older brother and sentenced to1 year and 6 months for fraud, he was released in 2016. He married actress Yoo Hye Young in 1989, had a daughter, and later divorced after 9 years of marriage. After they spent 4 years divorced, she wanted to try again but divorced once again when he was serving his second prison sentence. In total, they spent 24 years married and have divorced twice. The ex-couple appeared in "We Got Divorced 2" and open their hearts to each other about the failed relationship.
