Choi Eun Kyung is a South Korean announcer, actress, and presenter. She graduated from Masan Girls' High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in English Education from Ewha Womans University and a master's degree in Broadcasting and Film from Yonsei University.

She made her debut in 1995 as part of the 21st open recruitment for announcers at KBS. She was appointed as the host of the radio show "FM Parade". She spent 2 years as the host before being part of the coverage of the 1998 FIFA World Cup.

She married in late 1998 and left South Korea shortly after when her husband began studying in the United States. She returned three years later and resumed her career. She became a freelance announcer in 2002 and began working as an actress, often in support roles with comedic characters.
