Hong Jin Hee is a South Korean actress. She graduated from Icheon Yangjeong Girls' High School.

She made her debut in 1981 as part of the 14th open recruitment for talent at MBC. She was mostly active in the 1980s and 1990s in supporting roles thanks to her unique voice. When she was 45 years old, she surprised the public by posing in a nude photoshoot showing her impressive physique. She is represented by Box Media (박스미디어).
