Ichimura Toshiyuki, born Ishikawa Kiyonosuke (石川清之助), was a Japanese actor from the former Tokyo City. He graduated from Tokyo Prefectural Fifth Junior High School (東京府立第五中学校) and initially worked for the Japan Medical Association (日本医師会). In 1938, he joined the Nikkatsu Dancing Team (日劇ダンシングチーム). After World War II, in 1946, he performed as a pianist with Nanri Fumio (南里文雄) and others in the group "Nanri Fumio and the Hot Peppers" (南里文雄とホットペッパーズ).

Ichimura made his acting debut in the film "Hanayome Nomimonogatari" (花嫁蚤と戯むる) on September 21, 1951. He passed away on August 9, 1983, at the age of 62 due to kidney failure.
