Ha Hyun Woo is a South Korean singer-songwriter, musician, and member of GUCKKASTEN (국카스텐). He graduated from Ansan High School and later dropped out of Paichai University to pursue a career in music.

While in university, he met Lee Jung Gil and decided to form a band called THE NEW UNBALANCE. They performed in small venues and underground clubs before adding new members and re-branding to THE C.O.M. in 2003. However, due to their mandatory military service, the band disbanded before the end of that year.

They reunited in 2007 and replaced their bassist and began releasing singles from their first studio album. In early 2008 2008, the band won the Grand Prize at the EBS Hello Rookie Contest. He officially debuted in December of that year as the band's leader, vocalist, and guitarist with the single "Mirror". Their self-titled studio album was then released in February 2009.

Their music is classified as psychedelic rock, an underrepresented genre in South Korea. They are managed by Interpark Entertainment (인터파크엔터테인먼트).
