Igari Tomoka is an idol, singer and now actress. She is currently a member of the Alice Project Company group, Steam Girls a sub-unit of Kamen Joshi. On April 18th 2018, an unusually strong wind blew and a sidewalk billboard fell on her. She suffered several injuries, as well as spinal cord injury rendering her legs paralyzed.
