Jo Mi Hye, known professionally as Miryo, is a South Korean singer-songwriter, dancer, producer, former member of HAPPY FAMILY (허니 패밀리), and current member of BROWN EYED GIRLS (브라운 아이드 걸스). She dropped out of high school but later passed the High School Graduation Certification Examination. She then obtained a bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Chung-Ang University.

She made her debut in early 2000 when she joined as the new rapper of hip-hop group HAPPY FAMILY with their second album, "Another Level". The group debuted as HAPPY in 1995 but failed commercially and had to disband in 1996. Then, in 1999, an original member decided to try again, re-launched the group, and was added to the lineup of the newly re-branded group.

Later, she was chosen by JeA to join the new girl group she was creating. They originally performed in small concerts and festivals under the names CRESCENDO and DARK ANGEL, spending 3 years in training before finally debuting.

She re-debuted in March 2006 as BROWN EYED GIRLS' rapper and vocalist with their first album, "Your Story". They were dubbed as the faceless group because they did not appear in their own music video and did not promote in any music show. The release was a commercial failure, and their agency, Nega Network (내가네트워크), wanted them to disband. However, they decided to re-package their debut album now, including a new single, "Hold The Line", which proved to be a huge hit. The single was selected as part of the music for the dance game "Pump It Up", so it also became a worldwide success.

She made her debut as a solo artist in February 2012 with the album "Miryo aka JoHoney". She is also active as a producer. The group signed with Mystic Story (미스틱스토리) in October 2015 and remains with the company for their activities.
