The store name Narikoma-ya. Adopted by the fourth generation Nakamura Shiba, and first staged under the name of the first Nakamura Kotaro. In 1881 (Meiji 14), the fourth generation Nakamura Fukunosuke was attacked and gained enormous popularity. At a young age, he became the next generation to serve as the opponent of the 9th generation Ichikawa Junjuro and the 5th generation Onoe Kikugoro. In 1901, the fifth generation Nakamura Shiba was attacked. After the fall of the Chrysanthemum, in 1904, he opened a new frontier of Shin Kabuki with the niece of “Kiri Ichiha” by Keiharu Tsubouchi. In November 1911 (Meiji 44), the fifth generation Nakamura Kaemon was attacked at the second stage Kabukiza of the renovation completion. From the end of the Meiji era to the Taisho and Showa eras, he organized the theater world, served as the executive director of the Kabuki-za executive arts, and the president of the Japan Association of Actors.
