Jeong Cheol Gyu, also known professionally as Blanca, is a South Korean comedian. He graduated from Changwon Jungang High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Kyungnam National University.

He made his debut in 2004 as part of the 19th open recruitment for comedians at KBS, appearing in "Gag Concert" as "Blanca", a foreign worker who comes to South Korea.

He could not escape the character as he was always asked to perform some comedic sketch using Blanca instead of being able to create new characters. He left KBS in 2008 and moved to MBN, but the situation worsened, and he became depressed. He went to a mental institution after dealing with alcoholism and addiction to sleeping pills and spent 2 years in recovery.

He married in 2014 and later appeared in a drama in Uzbekistan before becoming a public speaker on the topic of multiculturalism. He now appears regularly on Channel A's "Happy Morning" and other liberal arts programs.
