Kim Yun Sung, known professionally as Gaeko, is a South Korean hip-hop artist, former member of CB MASS (CB 매스) and current member of DYNAMIC DUO (다이나믹듀오). He graduated from Hyundae High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Advertising Multimedia Design from Hongik University.

He met Choi Jae Ho (known as Choiza) in 6th grade and both quickly became friends due to their love of hip-hop. In 1998, they both formed an underground group called KOD and performed in the rapidly growing underground hip-hop clubs in Seoul. The following year, he met fellow rapper Curbin and all three decided to work together and form a new trio.

He made his official debut in September 2000 as part of CB MASS with their first album, "Massmediah". The album had moderate success, but they still released 2 more albums after that.

However, the trio disbanded in March 2003 after promotions for their third album were on their way. They all had a very heated public argument where Curbin was accused by Choiza and him of embezzling considerable amounts of money not only from them but also from other hip-hop artists. As a result, Curbin left the entertainment industry altogether, and he joined Choiza in a newly created duo.

He re-debuted in May 2004 as part of DYNAMIC DUO with their first album, "Taxi Driver", which became the best-selling Korean hip-hop album in history. Their following albums were also considered a great success and won them several prizes.

In August 2006, they created their own label, Amoeba Culture (아메바 컬쳐), which now represents several solo artists.

He enlisted for his mandatory military service on October 13, 2009, and was discharged on August 7, 2011.

In the middle of his service, he married his non-celebrity girlfriend in May 2011, and the couple has 2 children.
