Lee Moon Soo was a South Korean actor. He graduated from the Seoul Institute of the Arts.

After graduating and working as a civil servant, he joined the National Theater Company of Korea in 1989, where he made his debut with roles in several stage plays. He was convinced that theater alone would not be enough to make a living, so he ventured into television and film.

In 2010, he received a commendation from the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism in recognition of his contributions to the performing arts as a longtime member of the National Theater Company.

On November 28, 2025, he passed away at the age of 76 after battling lung cancer for many years. His funeral wake was held at Hanyang University Hospital Funeral Hall in Seoul, and he was buried 3 days later at Eden Memorial Park in Namyangju City, Gyeonggi Province.
