María Rosario Santos y Navarro de Concio, popularly known as Charo Santos Concio or simply Charo Santos, is a Filipina media executive and actress. She is the host of Maalaala Mo Kaya, the longest-running television drama anthology in Asia.

She graduated cum laude from St. Paul University Manila with a communication arts degree. She also completed a short program in Advanced Management at Harvard Business School in 2007.

Santos-Concio was born the second of six children of Winifredo Santos, a physician, and Nora Navarro. One of her siblings is Malou, the head of Star Cinema.

She is married to businessman Cesar Rafael Concio Jr. and together they have two sons, Francis and Martin, and two granddaughters. She is also the aunt of Bryan Santos, M.O.R. disc jockey and actor.
