Noboru Sugimura (杉村升 Sugimura Noboru) was a writer for Toei, including their tokusatsu productions. In Sentai, he was the main writer of the franchise from 1992's Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger through 1995's Chouriki Sentai Ohranger. He was also a writer in Kamen Rider and Metal Heroes, notably as the main writer for three Metal Hero series: Kidou Keiji Jiban, Tokkei Winspector and Tokkyu Shirei Solbrain. He was also a main writer on the Resident Evil and Onimusha franchise for Capcom under Flagship.
