Noh Jeong Hoon, known professionally as I'll, is a South Korean singer-songwriter and member of HOPPIPOLLA (호피폴라). He graduated from Cheongdam High School. He is the younger brother of actor and singer Noh Min Woo.

Before debuting, he featured (under the stage name Snowman) in his brother's song "Shining Love" in May 2015. He then made his debut as a solo artist in November 2017 with the single album, "Maybe We Are".

In April 2019, he entered JTBC's competition, "Super Band", where he was grouped with 3 other musicians and took the name HOPPIPPOLA for their band. They were the eventual winners, and after the show, he debuted in November 2019 as the band's leader, vocalist and keyboardist with their single album, "About Time".

In July 2021, Moss Music (모스뮤직) announced that their contracts had expired. The band has not released an official statement regarding their status, so it is assumed they are on an indefinite hiatus.

He is represented by MJ Dreamsys (엠제이드림시스), a company that has his mother as CEO.
