Ham Ji Won, known professionally as Jiwoni, is a South Korean trot singer.

She first appeared on TV in 2001 when she won the Grand Prize during a broadcast of "Korea Sings". She then participated in the festival at Jecheon City, a contest that many trot singers use to gain popularity. She won the Grand Prize and later began hosting the event. She made her debut in 2012 with the single album, "Happy World".

She was also expected to join trot group AURORA (오로라). The group had debuted in mid-2010, but Hwa Entertainment opted for a full lineup change in late 2011, and she was announced as a new member, but opted to leave the agency in mid-2012 without releasing any material.

After struggling to earn a steady fanbase, she decided to appear in several trot singing survival shows, and her popularity has improved.
