Jin Mi Ryung

She was part of Young Sound's 1st album, "Peace... Since 1972", in 1975, but her official debut came a few years later when she participated in the 1977 MBC Seoul Song Festival with the song "Girl and Streetlamp" (written and composed by Jang Deok).
Her maternal grandmother is an ethnic Chinese, and for many years there were rumors of her being a native Chinese, especially since she went abroad to study. However, both her parents were native Koreans, with her father being a Liberation Army veteran who fought in the Korean War.
She had a minor role in the 2020 SBS drama "Phoenix 2020", but otherwise, she does not have many TV appearances.
