Lee Sang Gon is a South Korean singer and member of NOEL (노을). He graduated from Dong-Ah Institute of Media and Arts with a bachelor's degree in Visual Music. He is married to actress Yeon Song Ha, and the couple welcomed their first child in 2023.

He made his debut in December 2002 as NOEL's leader and vocalist with their first full-length album, also titled "Noel". The group is managed by C-JeS Entertainment (씨제스엔터테인먼트), while each member has his own agency for other activities.

He has also ventured into theatrical plays and musicals since 2021.
