She was originally set to become an idol when she was offered a contract by SM Entertainment while she was still in middle school. However, her mother saw the contract and did not agree to the conditions and the offer was rescinded. Instead, she became a magazine model and was also active as an online ulzzang, having been a famous figure in Daum's "Five Big Ulzzangs" community.
She made her debut in the 2005 movie "Wet Dreams 2", where she won the audition for the role among 3,500 candidates. After appearing in other TV dramas, she ventured into singing and debuted with the single "Makin' Love" in 2009. She then shifted to an online streamer, starting on Avatar TV in 2016. One year later, she moved to Afreeca TV, and she received the Best Female Variety Streamer and the Best New Streamer award at the 2018 Afreeca TV BJ Awards.
