Eduardo Roy Jr. is a Filipino screenwriter, director, and executive producer. He finished his undergraduate degree in Mass Communications at New Era University. In 2002, his thesis film "ULIRAT" (a short film) won the grand prize in a competition organized by the Film Academy of the Philippines (FAP).

Eduardo Roy Jr. passed away on February 21, 2022. According to his family, Roy died of massive pulmonary embolism due to pneumonia. He was diagnosed with Burkitt’s Lymphoma Stage IV late in 2021.
