Hwang Woo Lim

Name: Hwang Woo Lim
Native name: 황우림
Also Known as: Hwang U Rim
Nationality: South Korean
Gender: Female
Born: August 29, 1996
Age: 30

Hwang Woo Lim is a South Korean singer, dancer, musical actress, and former member of PLAYBACK (플레이백). She graduated from Seoul Performing Arts High School. Before debuting, she spent 3 years as a trainee at JYP Entertainment.

She made her debut in June 2015 as the group's leader and main vocalist with their self-titled digital single. However, the group never found many opportunities to promote, and Coridel Entertainment (코리델 엔터테인먼트) struggled financially. They became inactive in February 2018, and while the company has never made an official statement regarding their status, it is assumed they have quietly disbanded since mid-2019.

She has re-launched her career as a soloist, focusing on trot music and also acting in musicals. When she was part of the cast of the musical "Grease", she joined the project group THE PINK LADY (핑크레이디) managed by OD Entertainment (오디엔터테인먼트) and released their only single, "God Girl".
