Kim Da Jeong
- Name: Kim Da Jeong
- Native name: 김다정
- Also Known as: Dajeong, Kim Da Jung
- Nationality: South Korean
- Gender: Female
- Born: August 8, 1995
- Age: 30
She first appeared on TV as a contestant in season 1 of "Produce 101" as a trainee of Hello Music Entertainment but was eliminated in the earlier rounds.
She switched agencies and made her debut in October 2017 as the group's leader, main rapper, and main dancer with their first single album, "The Girl Next Door". They were co-managed by Wannabe Entertainment (워너비 엔터테인먼트) and LUK Factory (럭 팩토리) and were advised by BABY V.O.X's Kan Mi Youn.
In September 2018, 3 members (including her) were chosen to create a special sub-unit called PURPLE (퍼플). This was done to hide the fact that HASHTAG had been inactive for over a year. They debuted with the single "Maemmaeya" but they did not release any other material.
Unfortunately, they later spent 2 years without any activity until their comeback in April 2019 with their second mini-album. The group faced a lack of opportunities and went on hiatus for another 2 years. However, in March 2023, the agency announced that she had been expelled from the group for undisclosed reasons. She later confirmed this information on her personal social media accounts but clarified she was not informed of her dismissal as it was a unilateral decision by LUK.
She is now a YouTuber and trying to earn some acting roles as well.
