She made her debut in 2001 as a contestant in the SBS Supermodel Competition. A few years later, she made her TV debut with a role in the SBS drama "Honest Living". However, in 2007, she became involved in a controversy when an anonymous user posted a video of her cutting in line and being hostile towards the public while entering the venue for Christina Aguilera's concert in Seoul. She faced severe criticism and had to publicly apologize for her behavior.
Since then, her activities began decreasing up to the point that she barely appears on TV anymore.
