Elaine Wan, born Wan Wei Chiao (萬瑋喬), is a Taiwanese actress. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wan Kai ChiCalifornia, Riverside. She is affiliated with Duomani Productions Co., Ltd. (多曼尼製作有限公司).

One day, she was brought to an audition, after which she was spotted by her agent and producer Ke Yi Chin. Although she initially declined, she later called her cousin to explain that she actually wanted to act.

On July 7, 2017, Hsiang married Charles Ma (馬子涵). She is the cousin of artist An Yi Hsuan (安以軒).
