Seo Myung Won, later legally changed to Seo Hae Rang and known professionally as Xitsuh, is a South Korean rapper. He lived in the United States for many years and graduated from Meridian School in Utah.

He made his debut in October 2015 with the digital single "SRS 2015" and, at the time, took the stage name Xit. However, a friend advised him to add an "e" at the beginning to avoid any issues with the pronunciation of his stage name. But, as another rapper already had a similar name, he chose Xitsuh.

In 2015, he entered "Show Me The Money 4", and a year later, he tried again with "Show Me The Money 5", but after releasing a few songs, he went on hiatus for several years due to his mandatory military service until his comeback in early 2020. He legally changed his name to Seo Hae Rang in November 2024. He is represented by K-Tigers Entertainment (K타이거즈 엔터테인먼트).
