In 2003, he founded the management agency LDH (Love Dream Happiness). In 2013, he retired as a dancer and focused on producing music and movies for the artists under LDH. Eventually, Hiro retired as the president of LDH and became the CCO and chairman instead.
After Japan won their bid for the Olympics, Hiro was selected as a member of the Tokyo 2020 Culture and Education Commission. He was also awarded the Commissioner for Cultural Affairs Award by the Japanese Government's Agency for Cultural Affairs for his contribution to Japan's artistic culture. Tokyo Organizing Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games appointed Hiro as the director of the Tokyo 2020 cultural segment of the Olympic Flame Handover Ceremony. The committee also chose Hiro to advocate and improve awareness for the Paralympic athletes.
Hiro and actress Ueto Aya got married in September 2012. Their first daughter was born on August 19, 2015. On July 27, 2019, the birth of their second child, a boy, was announced. On June 23, 2023, the birth of their third child, a boy, was announced.
On September 25, 2023, it was announced that he would return as representative director and president of LDH JAPAN.
