Shin Cheol, known professionally as DJ Chully, is a DJ and former member of the duo CHULI & MIAE. He graduated from the Korea University College of Education Affiliated High School.

Before debuting, Cheol was a well-known DJ at Moon Night Club, one of the most famous and prestigious nightclubs in the Itaewon district in the 1990s. He made his debut in 1990 with a DJ remix version of the song "Like Indian Doll" by Nami and Boom Boom. In 1992, he joined singer Kim Mi Ae and formed the duo Chuli and Miae and released the self-titled album one year later. By 1996, he quit singing and decided to become a talent seeker and producer. He discovered DJ DOC and J.ae, among others, and wrote songs for other singers, working as a radio DJ for several years. In 2023, he opened his YouTube channel.
