Hariu Yuji is a japanese director and writer born in Okayama. He started his filmmaking career in the creative department of MTV Networks Japan as a music-related content director. He works for various types of MTV shows as a director for 5 years. In 2008, he was awarded the Rocket Award at the PromaxBDA Awards, which is a global creative competition for broadcast/network channels. And 2010 through 2012, he was in charge of the chief creative director for MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARD JAPAN. After 2012, he joined P.I.C.S. and started focusing on directing and screenwriting about films, music videos, and commercials. Edit Biography
