Lee Young Chun, known professionally as Sul Woon Do, is a South Korean trot singer-songwriter. He dropped out of high school but later passed the High School Graduation Certification Examination. He then obtained a bachelor's degree in Physical Education from Dong-Ah University. He is the father of idol singer Lee Seung Hyun (known professionally as Lumin).

He began his career in the early 1970s when he performed at different nightclubs. As he became known, he was invited to join the punk/soft rock band TRIPPERS (트리퍼스) as their guest vocalist.

He then first appeared on TV as a contestant on the 1982 KBS show "Birth of a Newcomer". He managed to win 1st place for five consecutive weeks, making him able to officially debut. The following year, he appeared in the KBS special program "Finding Dispersed Families", which tried to reconnect South Korean families who had a relative still living in North Korea. He had released a song titled "To My Father" a few months earlier, but his manager contacted original lyricist Park Kun Ho, who re-wrote the lyrics to fit the show's concept. He recorded the song in one day and performed it during the live broadcast many times. The song, now titled "The Lost Thirty Years", became a massive hit that earned him several awards.

Since then, he has continued to actively appear on music-related shows as a judge and mentor or just a participant. He releases music every now and then thanks to his wife, lyricist Lee Su Jin, who writes songs for him while he composes the music.
