Kelly Huang is a Taiwanese actress, television host, and performer. She began her career in 1998 with an appearance on the variety show "Dragon and Tiger Variety King", in the segment "Imitating Variety King."

Huang graduated from Tanjiang Senior High School in 1998 but decided to focus on her entertainment career instead of pursuing further studies. In December 2023, she announced on her fan page that she had been admitted to the National Pingtung University Music Department through a special selection process.

Over the years, Huang has had several public relationships. In 2001, she briefly dated Sun Xie Zhi, and later that year, she had a relationship with Sun Hsieh Chih, her co-host at the time. She dated Tuo Tsung Kang from 2002 to 2004, and was in an on-off relationship with O Han Sheng from 2006 to 2009. Huang was also in a relationship with actor Jin Gang from 2020 to 2022. In 2012, she married He Shou Zheng in New York, but they divorced in July 2018.

After a period of stepping back from the public eye in 2012, Huang obtained a fitness trainer's license in 2016.
