Halina Tam is a former Hongkonger actress, singer, and champion of the 1994 Miss Hong Kong Pageant, born in Panyu, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. She was a former contracted artist and leading actress at TVB).

In 2012, she announced her retirement from the entertainment industry, transitioning to the food and beverage sector. Currently, she owns the snack shop "Za Gor 1996" and the handicraft store "Day by Day Handmade Materials Shop." In 2020, she opened a Hong Kong-style tea restaurant named "Da Za Gor Tea Diary." Despite her retirement, she occasionally participates in TV dramas or shows.

She attended Precious Blood Primary School, graduated from Canossa College for secondary education, and completed her pre-university studies at Boston College in the United Kingdom. After finishing her pre-university studies, she worked as a receptionist in a convenience store and was also a flight attendant for Cathay Pacific Airways. In 1994, she decided to join the Miss Hong Kong Pageant after receiving an application form on the street.

On September 11, 2007, Halina Tam and her then-boyfriend Eric Choi, who was working in the insurance industry, held their wedding in Hong Kong.
