Jung Sung Chan, known simply as Sungchan, is a South Korean singer, dancer, former member of NCT U (엔씨티 유) and current member of RIIZE (라이즈, short for "Rise & Realize"). He attended Cheongdam High School but dropped out and later passed the High School Graduation Qualification Examination. Before debuting, he spent 4 years as a trainee at SM Entertainment (SM엔터테인먼트).

He made his debut in September 2020 when he was introduced as a new member of NCT's sub-unit, NCT U, during a special broadcast on V Live. The sub-unit had debuted in 2016 and is the only one without fixed members as they change depending on the song concept. He joined for the promotion of their 2nd full-length album "NCT Resonance Pt. 1" and remained with the group until the agency decided to make some changes.

In May 2023, it was announced he will depart NCT U and will join a new boy group SM Entertainment was planning to create. He re-debuted in September 2023 as RIIZE's rapper with their single album "Get a Guitar".
