Annie Lowdermilk, better known by her stage name Tang Bo Hu, is an American singer and actress. Inspired by one of the great Ming Dynasty poets, she chose Tang Bo Hu as her stage name in the Chinese entertainment industry.

Tang followed her parents to support education around the world and has already been to 11 countries since childhood. Her parents came to China for work when she was 10. At aged 14, she began learning the guitar and singing. By the time she reached adulthood at 18, she decided to stay in China. A year later, Tang officially entered China music scene. In 2010, she took part in the Jiangxi TV program "China Red Song Festival" and sang the Chinese song "Go Home".

Tang rose to fame in 2013 after participating in the CCTV variety show "Avenue of Stars" and won the weekly champion, July monthly champion and fourth place of the year.
