Lu Jian Min, born in Pucheng County of Fujian Province, is a senior filmmaker, producer, and chairman of Chunqiu Times Culture Co Ltd. The 2015 movie "Wolf Warriors" produced by him reached a box office of 550 million, filling the gap in Chinese military action movies and becoming the first phenomenal work in the movie market that year. After "Wolf Warriors" won the box office success, he and Wu Jing started to prepare "Wolf Warriors 2" and "Wolf Warriors 3". A large number of film works by sixth-generation directors have been published and distributed, such as "Blind Well", "Wushan Yunyu", "Growing Up to Man" and other films. By 2012, Lu had produced and distributed more than 50 films, and most of the commercial films were profitable.

In 2017, Lu won the Best Film Producer of The Year for his "Wolf Warrior 2" and "Sky Hunter" at the China Pan-Entertainment Index Ceremony ENAwards. In November 2018, he was awarded the third "100 Best Network Positive Energy Models".
