Oh Se Mi, later legally changed to Oh Seung Ah, is a South Korean singer, dancer, actress, and former member of RAINBOW (레인보우). She graduated from Changdeok Girls' High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Film and Arts from Sejong University.

She made her debut in November 2009 as RAINBOW's lead vocalist with their first EP, "Gossip Girl". The group began enjoying more popularity in Japan, so the agency decided to promote it there. They debuted in the Japanese market in September 2011 with the Japanese version of their single, "A".

In January 2012, she became part of the sub-unit RAINBOW PIXIE and debuted with the single "Hoi Hoi". Then, in January 2014, she became part of another sub-unit, RAINBOW BLAXX, and released their special album, "RB Blaxx".

In April 2014, she made her acting debut with a role in the drama "Come! Jang Bo Ri" (왔다! 장보리).

In November 2016, DSP Media (DSP미디어) announced the group would disband after all the contracts expired. She then decided to continue her acting career.

RAINBOW briefly reunited in November 2019 and released the single "Over the Rainbow" to commemorate the group's tenth anniversary.

She is currently not represented by any agency after her contract with Starhue Entertainment ended in mid-2024.
