Choi Gyeong Seok, known professionally as Lutan, is a South Korean singer, dancer, and member of BLITZERS (블리처스). He graduated from Jeonju Arts High School.

He made his debut in May 2021 as the group's dancer with the EP "Check-In". They are managed by Wuzo Entertainment (우조엔터테인먼트).

In May 2024, the group participated in the 17th season of "Britain's Got Talent" and caused controversy in both countries. In the United Kingdom, fans of the show were shocked when they found out the group had already debuted in South Korea, as they thought the show was supposed to target amateurs looking for a chance to launch their careers.

Back home, South Koreans did not expect the group to appear in such a well-known franchise as they do not have such a big fanbase domestically and had only enjoyed moderate success in their careers. The group ended up being eliminated in the semifinals.
