Kim Min Jeong, known professionally as Winter, is a South Korean singer, dancer, and member of AESPA (에스파; stylized in all lowercase or as æspa). She dropped out of high school but later passed the High School Graduation Certification Examination.

She was discovered by an SM Entertainment (SM엔터테인먼트) scout while performing at a dance festival at her school in 2016. She was mainly trained by Waackxxxy and Yoo Young Jin for 4 years.

She made her debut in November 2020 as AESPA's main vocalist, lead dancer and visual with their first digital single, "Black Mamba", which achieved the highest number of views in 24 hours for a K-pop group's debut video.

Their third single, "Next Level", peaked at number two on the Circle Digital Chart and earned the Daesang for Song of the Year at the 19th Korean Music Awards. Overall, the group is known for popularizing the metaverse concept and for being one of the most commercially successful 4th generation idols.

She has collaborated with SUPER JUNIOR's Yesung with the single "Floral Sense" (January 2023), with ZE:A's Yim Si Wan with the single "Win For You", the main theme for the 2024 World Team Table Tennis Championships (September 2023), with Bang Ye Dam with the single "Officially Cool" (April 2024), among many more.

In April 2024, she went on hiatus after having surgery due to a collapsed lung.
