Kim Young Sook, known professionally as Maya, is a South Korean singer and actress. She graduated from Geumgok High School and later obtained an associate's degree in Theater from Seoul Institute of the Arts.

She made her debut in 2003 with the full-length album "Born To Do It". She is widely recognized for her single "Azalea" and her rocker-like vocals. She also ventured into acting in 2004 and has appeared in several dramas in supporting roles.

She is represented by Muto Musiq.
