Jang Jin Young is a South Korean singer, dancer, vocal coach, and former member of BLACK BEAT (블랙 비트). He graduated from Jayang High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Visual Music from Dong-Ah Institute of Media and Arts.

He made his debut in March 2002 as the group's vocalist with their album, "Black Beat #2002 - The First Performance 001". They were managed by SM Entertainment (SM엔터테인먼트), but the company never invested too much to promote them. They did not release any new original material and instead, simply collaborated with other SM artists and appeared in all the SM Town events until they quietly disbanded in early 2007 due to inactivity.

He briefly joined another singer and formed the duo BY JINSUNG before debuting as a solo artist in 2011 with the single "Another Time". After ending his career as a singer, he became a vocal coach and director at SM and also opened A-Top Company, a vocal coaching studio, where he is the CEO.
