Morley Robertson was a Japanese electronic musician, DJ, radio/TV presenter and journalist of American descent. He was born in New York and spent most of his childhood in Hiroshima. His mother was Japanese, and his father was American.

In 1981, he entered the University of Tokyo but dropped out after the first semester. Instead, he had been studying electronic music at the Harvard Electronic Music Studio (HEMS) with Ivan Tcherepnin and mastered Serge Modular synthesizer during his tenancy at the HEMS. He graduated from Harvard University in 1988. In later years, he became more interested in club music, performing as a dubstep DJ and hosting a successful show at Block.fm.

He was married to the Japanese actress Ikeda Yukiko.

He died of cancer in 2026 at the age of 63.
